Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the RankJag platform provided by RankJag Ltd (“RankJag”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). By creating an account or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. The Service

RankJag provides a platform for tracking brand visibility in AI-generated search results across multiple large language models (LLMs), including but not limited to ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity, Claude, and Microsoft Copilot. Features include mention rate tracking, competitor share-of-voice analysis, sentiment analysis, and alerting.

2. Account Registration

To use RankJag you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information and to keep your account credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. If you suspect unauthorised access, notify us immediately at support@rankjag.com.

3. Subscriptions and Payment

  • Free trial: new accounts include a 14-day free trial. No credit card is required to start a trial.
  • Paid plans: after the trial, continued use requires a paid subscription. Fees are charged in advance on a monthly or annual basis.
  • Cancellation: you may cancel at any time. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not prorate partial months.
  • Refunds: if you are not satisfied within the first 30 days of a paid subscription, contact us for a full refund.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use RankJag to violate any applicable law or regulation
  • Attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, or extract data from our platform at scale without our written permission
  • Use the service to monitor brands you do not have the right to track (e.g. competitors’ confidential information)
  • Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the RankJag service
  • Share your account credentials with unauthorised parties
  • Use automated means to access the platform beyond our documented API, without express permission

5. Intellectual Property

All content, software, and technology underlying the RankJag platform is owned by RankJag or its licensors. You retain ownership of the brand names and keywords you enter. You grant RankJag a limited licence to use your input data solely to provide the service.

RankJag's name, logo, and associated trademarks may not be used without our prior written consent.

6. Data and Privacy

Our collection and use of your data is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

RankJag is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of AI mention data. AI model outputs are inherently variable; mention rates are statistical estimates based on sampled queries. We do not guarantee that your brand will appear or not appear in any specific AI answer.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, RankJag will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service. Our aggregate liability for any claim under these Terms is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account for breach of these Terms, non-payment, or conduct that we reasonably believe harms other users or the integrity of the platform. We will give you reasonable notice where possible.

You may terminate your account at any time from your account settings.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you at least 14 days before material changes take effect by email or a prominent notice on the platform. Continued use of RankJag after the effective date of changes constitutes acceptance.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
